This large mixed-use complex is located in the coastal zone of Bar, in the Topolica neighborhood. Designed to combine modern living with a variety of commercial amenities, the development offers a total of 218 residential units, 14 serviced apartments, and 6 luxury penthouses. The ground and lower levels accommodate 82 retail units, while the commercial center covers 3,700 m² and the office space extends over an additional 2,000 m². The complex also includes a 1,500 m² wellness center, intended for relaxation and health-related activities. A public underground garage with 370 parking spaces ensures complete infrastructure support for everyday functioning. The design emphasizes functionality, urban integration, and comfort, creating a contemporary environment for living and working in one of the most dynamic areas of the Montenegrin coast.
