The core activity of the studio involves the development of complete technical documentation in the fields of architecture and construction. Over the years, Meritus Architecture has built a stable network of collaborators and partners—experts from various disciplines—enabling a flexible and multidisciplinary approach to projects and positioning the firm to meet the diverse challenges of contemporary architectural practice
The firm is technically and professionally equipped to participate in all stages of the design process—from initial studies and analyses, through urban planning and master plans, to conceptual solutions, detailed design development, and construction documentation, including all necessary phases in accordance with applicable regulations and standards. In addition, we provide both architectural and investor supervision, ensuring high-quality execution of each project.
Our team of engineers and technicians, with extensive experience, actively monitors the implementation of projects and, when necessary, performs revisions and coordinates the project documentation throughout the construction phase to ensure maximum alignment between the original concept and the final result.
Throughout more than thirty years of continuous work, we have successfully completed a large number of projects in both architectural-construction design and interior design and furnishing, across a wide range of building types. Our projects have been primarily realized in Serbia, Republika Srpska, Croatia, North Macedonia, Montenegro, and Russia.
All project documentation is created as original, authorial work—from the initial concept to full realization. In recent years, the firm has focused particularly on the design of high-standard hotels and tourism complexes, where the synthesis of functionality, luxury, and contemporary architecture is key
