The project is located next to the existing Forest Hills golf course, 10 km northwest of central Moscow. Set in untouched nature, the plan includes the expansion of the golf area with a 4-star Golf Center and Club, along with a unique Educational Campus featuring an Institute, Educational Center, and Research Center focused on sustainable, green architecture.
The concept is based on harmonious integration with the landscape – buildings follow the site’s natural topography, with sunken structures and green roofs. The design minimizes disruption to vegetation and natural habitats.
The complex also includes villas, apartments, and hotels for visitors, students, and staff, as well as sports facilities, playgrounds, and an interactive park. The central zone houses public amenities, while residential units are located in quieter eastern and western areas.
This is a blend of luxury, knowledge, and nature – a place to live, work, and relax, far from the city noise.
